September Pagan Challenge # 11 is about the waning Moon, but it’s actually waxing Moon right now, so let’s talk about both.
The waning Moon
The waning moon is a time for letting go of things. It’s associated with ebb tides and shedding old ideas.

The waxing Moon
The waxing moon is a time for taking on new projects and challenges (like doing more to combat climate change). It’s associated with growth and new beginnings, so it’s a great time to plant seeds. Traditional gardeners would always plant seeds on a waxing moon.
